Return period – 30 days to change your mind

Fashion evolves, and so do we. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt—no stress or wardrobe drama.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
• Labels and tags must be intact
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, accessories, swimwear and underwear are not returnable, except in the event of a defect.

How to make a return

Simply email us at Info@esvae.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will guide you every step of the way, like a personal stylist during an outfit change.

Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and the shipping address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Our money-back promise – 10 days after receipt

As soon as we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 working days via your original payment method. You will receive an email confirming the good news.

Please note:

• Refunds are for the value of the products only. Initial shipping costs are not refunded (except in the event of an error or damaged product).
• If you return part of a bundle or promotional offer, an adjustment may be applied.
