Yes—all the time. At Esvae, shipping is free on all orders , with no minimum spend or special codes. It's our way of making style accessible, effortless.

📦 How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it is processed within 1 to 2 working days .

  • For France: allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery.
  • For international: delivery times vary depending on the destination.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

🔄 Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me or if I change my mind?

Of course. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Certain exceptions apply to swimwear, lingerie and accessories for hygiene reasons.

Currently, we only accept PayPal — a secure, fast, and globally recognized payment method.

🧾 When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days . You will be kept informed at every stage.
